Leslie Mann To Guest Star On MODERN FAMILY
Written by on October 7th, 2011

Knocked up and 17 Again mom, Leslie Mann, is headed to the hilarious ABC comedy MODERN FAMILY, TV Line reports. Unbelievably the longtime actress has been cast as a new love interest for Cam (Eric Stonestreet). Yes, that’s right – Cam.

Mann is scheduled to show up during November sweeps, which would be Modern Family’s eighth episode. Mann’s alter ego will apparently become part of a bet between Cam and Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson). What TV Line says will be a “flirt fest” between Mann and Stonestreet, the new lovebirds are actually nothing more than “a farce born of a silly bet” between both Cam and Mitchell, to see if Cam can pass as both a “straight man and score the digits of the good looking lady.” Watching Cam morph into a lady’s man should be a good time!

Leslie Mann will be joining the recently added Kevin Hart of Little Fockers fame. It was announced that Hart will also guest star in Modern Family this season as Andre, the Dunphy clan’s next door neighbor, who is a physician.

Mann’s credits include The Change Up, Allen Gregory, the movie Paranorman, Freaks and Geeks, Hercules, The Wright Verdict, and Birdland.

Modern Family airs on Wednesdays on ABC.
